Broccoli Cream Soup
Ingredients: 1.5 cup broccoli 2 tablespoon chicken broth ¼ cup cottage cheese (low fat) salt and pepper to taste Method: Boil broccoli for about 4 minutes (Steam broccoli if prefer).
