Ingredients:
- 6 Strawberries cut in half
- 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
- 70 g feta cheese, cubed
- Chopped fresh mint leaves to taste
- Bowl of Baby Spinach & Rocket leaves
- 1/2 fresh lime, zest, and juice
- Pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
Add the Strawberries in a large serving bowl along with the rest of your ingredients. Very gently toss to combine. Taste test and adjust if desired. 1 Dairy Protein Serving.
