CHICKEN STRIPS & ASPARAGUS, MUSHROOMS & ONION

This recipe is great for a quick and easy lunch or dinner – on protocol for your Medi Shape Transformation.


Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
  • Onion, peeled and chopped (use two tbsp)
  • 1/2 cup chopped Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup fresh Asparagus cut into Pieces
  • 140g (115g for lunch) bone- and skinless Chicken cut into Strips
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • A Vogel Herbamare Organic Seasoning Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Brags Aminos used as Soya Sauce
Method:
  • Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a pan and fry the onion, mushrooms and asparagus until the onion softens. 
  • Season the chicken strips to taste with A Vogel Herbamare and brush the chicken strips with the remaining oil, pop the chicken and Aminos in pan with the mushroom, asparagus mix.
  • Fry all together for approximately 3-5 minutes, while stirring till the meat is cooked through.
  • Splash lemon juice to taste end serve.
