This recipe is great for a quick and easy lunch or dinner – on protocol for your Medi Shape Transformation.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or MCT Oil
- Onion, peeled and chopped (use two tbsp)
- 1/2 cup chopped Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup fresh Asparagus cut into Pieces
- 140g (115g for lunch) bone- and skinless Chicken cut into Strips
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced
- A Vogel Herbamare Organic Seasoning Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Brags Aminos used as Soya Sauce
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a pan and fry the onion, mushrooms and asparagus until the onion softens.
- Season the chicken strips to taste with A Vogel Herbamare and brush the chicken strips with the remaining oil, pop the chicken and Aminos in pan with the mushroom, asparagus mix.
- Fry all together for approximately 3-5 minutes, while stirring till the meat is cooked through.
- Splash lemon juice to taste end serve.
