Broccoli Cream Soup

Ingredients: 1.5 cup broccoli 2 tablespoon chicken broth ¼ cup cottage cheese (low fat) salt and pepper to taste Method: Boil broccoli for about 4 minutes (Steam broccoli if prefer). Add steamed broccoli, chicken broth, cottage cheese and salt & pepper to the food processor or blender. Mix/blend until the texture is smooth. Serve hot.
